Start with Stream Doctor — it usually knows. If it doesn’t, write to us.
Contact
support@telewise.liveFastest on iPhone and iPad: Settings → Help & Support → Contact Support. The email comes with a short diagnostics file — the app version, the device, and the error codes of the last 7 days with server names only. The app shows you what’s in it before the email opens.
On Apple TV, the same Contact Support shows our address and a QR code that starts the email on your phone.
Writing by hand? Three lines save a round trip:
Please never send us your password or a full playlist link — we don’t need them to help.
Telewise doesn’t provide, sell or recommend any channels, playlists or services, and it comes with no channels of its own. Use the playlist link or login from the service you use. We can’t suggest services.
When a channel doesn’t start, Stream Doctor runs on its own. It checks your connection, the internet and the source’s server, then tells you what went wrong and what to try.
Common causes: the server is down or busy, the login has expired, the channel is no longer in the playlist, or the stream uses a format the device can’t play. Try again later, refresh the source in Settings → Manage Sources, or check the login with the service you use. If Stream Doctor couldn’t find the cause, tap Contact Support right there.
Import Doctor says why — for example, “This isn’t a playlist” when a link opens a web page instead. To test a link or a login before adding it, use Check a Link on Home: it shows whether the server answers, when the account expires, how many connections are in use, and tries a few channels.
Open Settings → Fix Guide. It lists the channels without a guide and suggests matches; pick the right one, or add another guide link from the service you use in TV Guide Sources. Guides refresh every 12 hours.
It downloads test data from Cloudflare’s public speed test at rising quality steps and gives you the highest quality that plays smoothly, from 480p to 4K. On cellular it uses at most 10 MB, or 25 MB with “Include 4K”. A channel can still stutter on a fast connection if its server is slow — Stream Doctor tells those apart.
Telewise needs local network access for them. If it was declined, the app says “Local network access is off” with an Open Settings button — turn Local Network on for Telewise there.
Reminders are local notifications on iPhone and iPad (Apple TV has no reminders). Allow notifications for Telewise in Settings → Notifications → Telewise. You can see and remove your reminders in Settings → Reminders in the app.
On iPhone and iPad, open the source in Settings → Manage Sources and tap Show Login — it asks for Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. Apple TV never shows a saved login; use Edit Login to enter it again.
Groups whose names point to adult content are hidden by default. Change that in Settings → Content Filters — the app asks you to confirm you’re 18 or older. Groups you hid yourself are listed there too, each with Unhide.
Settings → Delete All Data — confirm twice. It erases your sources, channels, guide, logins, favorites, history, results and settings from the device. Deleting the app removes its data too. We hold nothing of yours to delete: there is no account and no server of ours.
No. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no ads.
